
Duty to Manage
The Duty to Manage courses are targeted towards delegates who require further knowledge and information on the management of asbestos, rather than just the basic awareness.
New – Webinar Extension to Asbestos Awareness Courses - Book now > Extension to Asbestos Awareness - Book now > Appointed Person - Book now >The UKATA Duty to Manage: Extension to Asbestos Awareness is a half day course providing an overview of the duty to manage and associated legislative requirements, it provides a basic knowledge and overview of CAR 2012, mainly focusing on Regulation 4.
The UKATA Duty to Manage: Appointed Person course is more in depth (2.5 days) and is for anybody responsible for managing asbestos in premises; duty holders, building owners, landlords, maintenance managers etc. This course content is very similar to the P405, but it has less emphasis on managing removal projects and does not have externally invigilated exams associated with it.
