Customer Satisfaction Survey December 2017

The results are in for our latest Customer Satisfaction Survey, and we are overwhelmed with the amount of positive feedback we have received from our customers – 95% are ‘very satisfied’ or ‘satisfied’ with our services.

Our people are our most important asset and aside from our established systems and accredited services, they really differentiate us from the rest. We are so proud that our customers described us as:

Helpful, Responsive, Innovative, Problem solvers, Polite, Well presented, Punctual and Professional.

15 of our staff were even mentioned by name as having ‘gone the extra mile’ for our customers, which in turn has prompted us to develop our Employee Recognition Policy to incentivise and reward staff for delivering service excellence.

In order to help protect our customers, the delivery of a high quality service is essential. With 85% of our customers rating our services as ‘very high quality’ or ‘high quality’ and 82% confirming that Santia has helped them become more compliant, we are successfully delivering our company mission.
