- An average rating of Excellent/Good for our services overall
- When asked how Santia compares to other companies offering similar services, we received an average rating of Excellent/Good
- 93% of customers confirmed that Santia has helped their organisation become more compliant with their legal obligations
- 90% of customers named at least one member of our team as having ‘gone the extra mile’
We noticed an interesting trend in the feedback provided. Santia is rarely the lowest cost provider, and customers have acknowledged that the slightly higher cost of our services is justified, given the level of service received.
We would like to say a huge thank you to our dedicated and hard-working team for their commitment and passion for delivering a great customer experience. We’ve all had to adjust to the many changes and challenges associated with the restrictions (homeworking, home schooling, isolating to name a few), and to continue to excel despite these conditions is a testament to the professionalism of our team.
The feedback received from each customer has been shared with the team, and all staff named as having ‘gone the extra mile’ were entered into a prize draw. We are pleased to confirm that Ed Gilbert, Business Development Manager, was selected at random and received some well – earned vouchers in recognition of the efforts made.
