As a business we have pledged to adopt Government advice and guidance as policy since the onset of the crisis, and following the Prime Minister’s announcement on Monday 23rd March, we have taken the unilateral decision to suspend all, non-essential site work to meet social distancing recommendations.
Everyone has a part to play in slowing down the spread of the virus by ensuring we do not come into contact with people unless absolutely necessary, so since this period we have continued to provide as many of our services as possible via home working e.g. focusing on consultancy work and online training. Please be assured that all home workers are well equipped to continue to provide you with the same excellent standard of service you expect from us.
From Wednesday 1st April, we will further increase measures and will be operating with significantly reduced numbers of staff for the duration of the month. This restricted service will mean that key clients, such as those within the NHS, utilities, housing and finance sectors, will continue to have the support they need from us, including our Surveyors, Analysts and Consultants. This will be facilitated utilising selected staff, based across the UK, who are adopting remote working techniques where possible. Where site attendance is required, we are limiting exposure time, prohibiting the use of public transport and ensuring social distancing and good hygiene practices are adopted.
Although our offices are now closed to visitors, throughout this time we will remain contactable via 03300 241 444, via email@example.com, or through any of our social media platforms. We are constantly monitoring government advice and evaluating the situation and will continue to make changes based on the safety of our staff and clients. We pledge to share any updates with you as quickly as possible, with full transparency and your safety in mind.
We would like to wish the best to all our clients, and we thank you for your continued support during these uncertain times.
